Comely Global Consulting (CGC) envisions start-ups (potential entrepreneurs) and MSMEs (existing entrepreneurs) that have developed adequate business management skills and are able to scale their businesses. We enable them to achieve this by helping them to start viable businesses, increase their profitability, growth and quality employment for people. We provide enterprise management training and consulting services to potential and existing entrepreneurs in implementing the International Labour Organization (ILO) Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) programme. The ILO-SIYB programme covers the following enterprise management training packages (modules):

We facilitate this module to help people develop concrete business ideas that best match their personal characteristics, skills and local environment. The module is open to people who are aspiring to become entrepreneurs (potential entrepreneurs).
- Start Your Business (SYB)
This module is tailored for potential entrepreneurs who want to start business and already have concrete business ideas. We assist them to develop step-by-step business plan that helps them to access finance and run business operations smoothly.
- Improve Your Business (IYB)
In this module, we facilitate enterprises that have in business for at least one year to apply good principles of business management in order to improve business efficiency and profitability. This includes marketing, costing, buying and stock control, record keeping, planning for business, and people and productivity.
- Expand Your Business (EYB)
In this module, we facilitate enterprises to be more competitive, grow, become sustainable and ensure good workplace practices.
